The Multi-Temp Service Department offers contact availability 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, as we believe that communication is paramount. All forms of communication are encouraged between us, the service provider, and you the client.
Our 24/7 emergency helpline ensures that we are always on hand to provide expert advice and immediate help, day or night. Guaranteed emergency response times mean that one of our in-house Multi-Temp qualified Engineers will be with you in no time, therefore maximising your system’s uptime.

The Multi-Temp Service Department has decades of collective experience as a team and appreciates the requirements demanded within the Retail and Commercial Service sector.
Our Service network provides coverage to all areas of the UK including Northern Ireland utilising only the most competent Engineers, who are able to diagnose any system malfunctions, with the first fix on-site repair being our main priority.
- Effective Communication
We are firm believers in our Service Engineer infrastructure with each Engineer attaining ‘site ownership’ within their local areas, this helps to ensure that the allocated Engineer has intimate knowledge of the particular site history. Experience tells us, this is by far the best way to service and maintain sites, we also encourage communication between Engineers should coverage need to be switched in an emergency situation.
