This Next superstore HVAC was successfully installed, completed and handed over by Multi-temp in May 2019 following a five-month programme period working in close partnership with Central Shopfitters and Next. The project was over two trading floors comprising of traditional Next sales areas including concessions to Lipsy, Paperchase and Costa Coffee.

The AC equipment was that of Mitsubishi Electric manufacture which totalled twenty-eight outdoor condensing units and fifty indoor fan coils. In terms of ventilation there was a VES Andover heat recovery air handling unit various other ventilation systems and three Colt smoke extract systems and three over door heaters.
