Multi-Temp UK Ltd have continued to provide an excellent service in a long working relationship with Mulberry Company (Design) Ltd. They have been in place for approximately six years providing planned and reactive maintenance to our retail stores within the UK. They have also recently been successful in tendering for our main factory / offices site and distribution centre located in Somerset.

Main Service team are always available on the phone and via email with very quick response times. Reactive callouts receive an engineer within the 48hrs attendance promise provided and where a more pressing fault has occurred attendance has been made within 24hrs or less. Site reports are excellent and I often use these as an example to all other contractors/tradesmen we have on our contractor list. Their goal to get any piece of faulty equipment repaired rather than replaced has been pivotal in them retaining their contract. Often or not contractors turn up to site and quickly advise large expensive parts need replacing, with Multi-Temp this is not the case as they strive to achieve a repair on existing equipment where possible.

Overall Multi-Temp UK Ltd have provided a first-class service and this is why they have retained custom from Mulberry Company and I would always recommend their services to other retailers.

MT provide valued maintenance support and service to the various HVAC systems installed across the New Look Estate.  The planned servicing programme is carried out efficiently and when a system does fail, they respond promptly to breakdowns throughout all times of the year.

When MT are called out their Engineers always try to resolve issues on-site and if needed, the Service desk normally feedback on the same day with a diagnosis to ensure cooling and heating is restored quickly that is appreciated by our Stores and Customers.
